How do I set up a profile for my child?

Open Settings (gear icon), tap "Open Caregiver Controls," complete the parent gate, then tap "Add Profile." Choose a name and age band for your child.

How do I switch between profiles?

Open Settings and use the "Active Profile" picker at the top to switch between family members.

How do I enable read-aloud / text-to-speech?

In Caregiver Controls, edit a profile and toggle "Speech Enabled." You can also choose a preferred voice for each profile.

Can I restrict which decks my child sees?

Yes. In Caregiver Controls, edit a profile to set allowed decks and assign age-appropriate content.

The app is showing "Built-in samples" instead of full decks.

This means the app couldn't reach the deck server. Check your internet connection. The app will automatically load the full deck library when connectivity is restored.

Does Flasherz collect any data about my child?

No. Flasherz collects no personal information whatsoever. All profiles and preferences are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is Flasherz free?

Yes. Flasherz is free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
